I am disappointed in the owner of the apartment. from the moment I came this apartment, there is no hot water here, he promised to fix it on January 15th, every day it was reported that tomorrow an engineer would come, and every day he did not come. today the engineer came. you know what he said? that the heater is broken. and the owner of the apartment now says that he can buy a new heater at the end of the month. I'm ready to buy the heater myself, but the owner forbids it.

 I can't wash properly, I go to the ice shower every time with a Tears in my eyes. I can't take good care of myself in such conditions...
