Recently someone asked me on reddit how to learn to accept yourself.

I'm certainly not the best person to talk about it, but I'm much more accepting of myself now than before.

the most important thing to understand is that you will never be liked by all people. There will always be those who will like you the way you are and those who will never like you. all people are different, everyone has different genetics and everyone sees other people in their own eyes in different ways.

when I was at university, the girl who talked to me really liked one boy from another group. for me, this boy seemed even ugly. and in the same way, those people that I like, other people do not like.

stop clinging to what you don't like about yourself, emphasize your personality and what makes you different from others. don't hide your features, try to love it.

other people see you differently than you see yourself.
but they can see your confidence
