I paid attention to breathing practices and stretching, because it helps so much to clear my thoughts and get rid of stress πŸƒ.
After yoga - a little pause for green tea 🍡 and a light snack and then headed to the spa πŸ’–.

A massage, sauna and some time in the hot tub is just what I need for total relaxation πŸŒŠπŸ’†β€β™€οΈ.
