Workout Wednesday 💪You know what that means 😏... it’s time to work out with our balls out!
Today’s workout:
1) Warmup + 10 burpees
2) Medicine ball circuit (3x10-15: twisting lunges, squat press, rotating single arm push-up)
3) Band circuit (3x10-15: shoulder press, rows, curls)
4) 10 burpees
You’ll see how SWEATY 💦 I was after doing this workout; my body was glistening!
