Hi, guys!  So, we had a massive shoot day here today.  Hanz had a lot more videos in mind for his studio than just the oil wrestling I'd heard about beforehand.  (There was also a Scissor Contest and a Bearhugs Bondage experiment.)  And I wanted to be sure to get some good updates you guys this week, so we also filmed this Strength Contest + Lift & Carry video.  Hanz was weighing in much heavier than the last time I lifted him!
