Think about it: Up until 100 years ago, women could not own anything, woman could not have their own bank acct. Women in the past had very little choice but to accept the cards they were given, or maybe run away and get picked up by another man, with hope he may be better..
For generations, since forever men could ignore women and women still had to stay because she couldn't survive on her own..
If women wanted something, they had to figure out a way to motivate, manipulate, communicate,  change their man's mind! Bec there was no other choice! This is why women nag!
Men didn't have to listen or change bec his wife would still b there taking care of all of his needs while he gets to make his way in the world going after what he wants.
Today women sometimes still nag but they also have  choice and they can leave. This is hard for men because for generations most men never bothered to develop good communication skills necessary for women to want to stay. 
Men and women's needs are different. If you want to have a good relationship, both men and women need to learn about each other's needs.
