In an attempt to keep my page authentic, real & honest! I thought it would be a good time for some sex education! Which is so important to all of us!! Vaginal inf3ctions are SO common and 100% normal! I’ve been recovering from a y3ast inf3ction for the last 3 days, which really just means I’ve been very itchy 🤣 I probably get one once a year or so, along with an annual UTI. (Urinary tract inf3ction) Nothing to be afraid of, but I grew up with a single dad who didn’t talk to me about stuff like this. So, until I was about 20 years old, I didn’t have the information or tools to know what was going on with my body! I could have benefited so much from a sexual health course! 
Y3ast inf3ctions are most commonly treated with a topical ointment and cleared up within a week! It’s important to not irritate your vulva with unnecessary touch and it is transferable so that means no sex either! 
You can see in the second picture, my vulva is a lot more red than picture #1 and you can see some discharge! It has an unfortunate resemblance to cottage cheese 🤣 anywho, I just want my page to be a safe space for people to explore their sexuality and a safe space for men to learn about experiences they otherwise might have not been familiar with!
