Second competition in the books!🏆 Boy was it a LONG day with my hair and makeup starting at 4am, but I made it all day long to the end of the show at 8:30pm.  Not only is prepping for a competition a lot of work but the actual day of competing can be even more exhausting! I placed, but unfortunately did not place as well as I had hoped.  I received a 4th in Women's Bikini Masters 35+ A and 6th in Women's Bikini Open A.  Each time I compete I learn new things about my body, diet, and health that I need to improve on to be better the next time.  I'm still very proud of myself for competing and have made the decision to compete at least once a year to always have a good fitness goal to work towards to stay in tip top shape!  Thank you so much to several of my fans who stopped by to support me and say hello, that made me feel so special!
