I'm making pizzas today! Last week I developed my own "supreme" with the best blend of ingredients.  It's so good. I make them all this combo now! In about an hour my freezer will have a half dozen of these inside:
Mozzarella/romano/parmesan 
Nitrate free pepperoni
Prosciutto de parma
Blk olive
Artichoke heart
Red or orange bell pepper 
Pickled white jalapeños
Shallots
Fresh basil. 
It's soooo good. The Prosciutto mostly melts in and the meaty bits get crispy, not too crispy though since I put them under the other toppings, then dust it all w parmesan before baking. Of course  I brush garlic/rosemary butter on the crust as it cooks. They freeze well and cook in like 25 minutes.  Should I make a video showing you guys how to make them from scratch? It's really not hard and the dough is delicious since it has beer in it! I'll try to post pics of the next one coming out of the oven. I inhaled the first one. P.S. Don't judge! They are small. They have to fit in a gallon ziploc to freeze. 😛
