Pole practice part #2! I hope you enjoy my narration. I think my voice was getting a little raspy by the end haha. The layback in the 2nd video was such a mental effort, but I did it! My teacher said that is never stops being scary, but hopefully it will take me less and less time to let go. I hope you’re having a fun Saturday.
