Weight Gain Challenge Starts Today!!! Video to accompany your evening meal still rendering out. I'm going to bed :P (it's 1:30am), but here's your suggested food list for when you wake up piggy:

Breakfast: 3 Jumbo chocolate chip muffins, and a litre of chocolate milk.

Snack: 4x Clif Builders protein bars and a mass gainer shake.

Lunch: Breaded fish sticks, french fries, coleslaw and rice with a 2L of pop.

Snack: Large bag of shelled pistachios or cashews.

Dinner: McDonald's a Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo Meal, a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal, and a large shamrock shake. All to be eaten while watching the video (to come).

Snack: A dozen Oatmeal cookies and a glass of whole milk (as it is national oatmeal cookie day).

Hope you're ready to get really fat for me over the next 2 weeks...
