So I went down to West Virginia today and got in the river. With the smallish rapids that were just too much for me…I was a total brat all day 🤣 I was not prepared and got flipped all around! Safe to say I’m not this kind of outdoorsy lady. My shin got the worst of it and I just wanna cry 😭
