Today is my final day of my first meditation workshop and I'm feeling so proud of myself for how it's gone so far. 

If anyone wants to be ultra kind to me, I would LOVE to be able to treat myself to some sushi tonight because it has been HARD work these past weeks running this course and having so little time to myself.
