I feel most at home when I’m outdoors. Though I do love the comfort of my bed and modern amenities, I feel most alive when I’m outside. Where I can be my true self judgement free and think freely. Sometimes I get too wrapped up in doom scrolling and rotting away in my bed. Ive grown tired of the noise of the city and constant information and stimulation thrown at me by the world as of late. Since I moved back to the city I’ve come to realize how much I truly loved being in the mountains and the peace that comes alongside it.

 One of these days I’ll probably move back to the countryside, it’s where my roots are from after all. I’m a 5th generation Coloradan! My family helped settle the small town of Dove Creek in the four corners area, where many of them still reside to this day. I personally think they have the right idea staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city…but that’s my personal opinion. Though if I were to move away from a major city I would miss all the fun people and food options. I am a huge foodie and that’s one of the things I didn’t like about living in clear creek county, I grew tired of eating at the same restaurants. Though, at least Denver wasn’t ever that far away when I lived there
