Today I really want to tell you about my new love - pole dance! Let me tell you right off the bat that I go acrobatic, not exotic. This means that we don't dance, we do "tricks", twists, stand-ups. Since I have the grace of a log, I haven't decided to go dancing.

It all started at the beginning of this month, when I came to the studio for a trial lesson. Very shy to go in shorts, instead of a top I wore a T-shirt) I was very tired, the training seemed to me insanely effective! And right after the first class I bought a subscription.

I can say that now I'm glad I got back into sports, because I haven't done anything in a long time. A few years ago I practiced Kung Fu, Boxing and MMA. I've only had a few classes so far, but I don't intend to give up ^^ 

After all a pole dancer needs a lot of energy and quality muscles, and all this is not possible to build on fast food and other delights of our time. Therefore, my diet has become as clean as possible - it does not mean that I do not allow myself crap, just that there is much less of it in my life. As a consequence my figure, complexion, rashes, apathy and many other things should improving...
