It wasn't until the cameras were set up that it dawned on me. I have no idea how to use this gym bench. It was brought for a new years resolution to produce naked fitness videos for you guys 2 years ago but, just like now, I was clueless. I'm a bit of a simp and struggle to follow basic instructions so, learning how to use the bench via youtube 'how to' videos was a failure. I came across a basic work out that looked pretty easy but as you can see, I did it wrong in almost everyway possible. Forgive me for my incompetence.
