UPDATE - 
Hey guys, kind reminder I just got out of the ER and am dealing with some nerve pain and issues, please be kind as I work through this. A lot has been going on and I am doing my best to ensure I get what I need to do for ya'll while also recognizing my body has its limits through the day (on top of dealing with all the farm stuff!). That said, I am working on healing - so thank you for being patient about audios etc!

SYNOPSIS - 
This time around I went back a few years to a time where we had nightmares, could cuddle in bed when we needed a second to be scared or just breathe. Sometimes we need our partners to do just that, or sometimes when we're alone we like to curl up and enjoy memories or thoughts about being held in someones arms and told that it's okay. 

This is an audio for you. More of a sleep aid than anything else. But I hope you all enjoy it very much. <3
