Ever since I’ve started doing yoga more consistently I’ve noticed such a shift in myself! Physically, mentally, spiritually! It’s improved my life in so many ways, I have more energy in the day and I’m MUCH stronger than I used to be!
I used to be so weak, I’ve always had useless noodle arms, but not anymore! 🤣

Have you tried doing yoga before? The first few times doing it often hurt and are uncomfortable, but most things that are uncomfortable at first are actually good for us! I highly recommend you give it a shot babe, you’ll notice the benefits too! 🥺
