Take in a breath of fresh air with me as I expose all my most tender bits to the setting sun🌞

There’s no feeling quite like the sweet tickle of the breeze across bare skin. 

While I was hiking a 4 mile loop yesterday, I was completely lost in a groove, simple puting one foot in front of the other, getting my heart rate racing, on autopilot if you will, when I realized I was completely lost in deep thought.

I wasn’t in the present moment because I had allowed my mind to spiral. Tbh I was stressing about some things. But then I looked up and saw the view instead of the gravel at my feet. It instantly snapped me out of my loud mind chatter, and I felt inspired to have a quiet moment coming back into my body, back into the present moment, and captured a bit of what that looked like for me.

I guess all that to say, stay present & don’t forget to look up, loversss😌
