Well yesterday I had time to whine to you in private messages about how I was feeling and I want to say a big thank you to everyone who responded. You have no idea how much it made me feel better. You guys are amazing. 

Today I forgave myself for being less able to work and for being sick, so accepting the situation made me feel better both physically and mentally
