 (モノノ怪) is a Japanese avant-garde anime television series produced by Toei Animation. A spin-off of the 2006 horror anthology Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales, Mononoke follows the character of a medicine salesman who continues to face many supernatural dangers.

My personal opinion:
the visual component of this anime is a work of art.
the plot is extremely non-standard and unusual as well as the manner of narration


I would gladly erase my memory to watch it again.
